Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to move and feel more comfortable and at ease during the second and third trimesters, while also creating a community with other future moms!

All the Pregnancy Yoga sequences are designed to help the moms feel empowered, calm and ready for the life-changing event that is giving birth. Throughout the classes, we will explore together how to better communicate with our body to listen to its needs. We will build strength but also learn how to calm the nervous system, all while honouring the baby’s space. You can save up to 30% on Classpack available here.

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes is allotted for introduction and prenatal yoga class. Please book your class at least 90 minutes before to avoid cancellation.
