Yin Yoga uses gravity rather than muscular strength to draw us into long-held poses for between 2-5 minutes. These intensely opening and stress-releasing postures give us the opportunity to explore and release habitual tension habits, lengthening and moving deep layers of connective tissue, to return to a more expansive interior landscape.
In this class, we will work with slow movements and relax deep into the connective tissue of the body. Finding calm, balance, and deep rest whilst reconnecting to the self. Suitable for all levels of fitness/flexibility/ability and great for recovery.
