• Cacao also increases blood flow (oxygen and nutrients) to the brain as well as induces the release of feel-good endorphins.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao ceremonies are a type of shamanic healing – which is one of the oldest holistic healing practices used by indigenous cultures all over the world.

What happens in the Cacao Ceremony?

We honour the cacao with meditation and inner reflection.

1. We begin the session with Breathwork to help us relax and prepare for the Cacao ceremony. We start by sitting in a sacred circle, honouring the cacao spirit and humbly asking for our intentions to be heard. We’ll open the space at this stage and start charging the Cacao with Crystal Reiki & Angelic Reiki/5th-dimensional healing energy. 
2. As we serve the cacao in liquid form and drink it together we’ll be led into a guided energy journey by bringing our attention to Heart Chakra. As you’ll be sipping the magical cacao we may highlight certain astrological aspects around this time.
3. You’ll lay down and enjoy the sound of the Tibetan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, glass chimes and Ocean Drums, which will help you release and receive more healing as we prepare for the next layer of relaxation.
4. Shortly after this, the powerful Gong with a group Crystal Reiki using a sacred Geometry grid will help you dive deeper into the journey while we prepare to take you through another layer of healing. We’ll place the Reiki-charged Crystal from the grid on your body so that you can continue to work with it and integrate the healing received.
5. An intuitive individual Shamanic cleansing will be performed to remove any blockages followed by a powerful individual crystal, 5D energy healing, and a DNA repairing and aura cleansing Tuning fork healing.
6. A guided quantum energy exercise will be held for the group to help manifest our intentions, as we draw the session to an end.
7. We will share our experiences and end the session by giving you a Crystal Reiki charged crystal from the sacred grid so that you can work with it and continue benefiting from the session.

What is Cacao and what it contains?

Cacao is not cocoa.

Cacao is the raw and naturally fermented, unheated form of chocolate, while cocoa is cacao that has been heated.

Processed chocolate is made with roasted cocoa, sugar, milk, and other ingredients that turn it into a solid food and studies have found that by adding dairy this actually blocks the absorption of antioxidants in chocolate.

What’s in our Cacao drink

We use Organic ceremonial grade 100% pure and raw Cacao from Peru, Amazon and it’s mixed with hot water, plant-based coconut milk, Canadian Maple syrup, a hint of Cayenne pepper, Cinamon and  Turmeric powder.

How long is a Cacao ceremony session?

The session is expected to be around 2.5  hours, additional 30 minutes may be required subject to group size, because of the individual healing involved.

Do’s and don’t before attending a Cacao Ceremony

• Wear something comfortable.
• Eat light before the ceremony.
• If you are on antidepressants, please let me know since cacao and certain antidepressants do not mix and can have harmful side effects.
• Drink lots of water. Cacao is a diuretic and without proper hydration, headaches can occur.
• Avoid coffee at least 4 hours before the ceremony.
• You’ll also need to arrange a quiet, gentle evening after the event as symptoms of physical and emotional detoxification can arise unique to everyone.

Note: If you are on anti-depressants, mood stabilizers, using St. John’s Wort or any natural supplement containing 5HTP (check the label), it is not advisable to participate because the combination of raw cacao and such substances could be harmful.

Any cancellations before 72 hours of the event are eligible for rescheduling to future dates but no refunds are available. Any cancellations after the 72-hour period prior to the event are non-refundable or creditable as we aren’t able to cover you’re booked space with someone else.
