Sound Bath meditations Bournemouth

1. We will start our session with Breathwork/Pranayama to clear the mind,
2. Followed by a group Sound Healing session with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Ocean Drums and Koshi Chimes.
3. You’ll also be receiving Individual Sound Healing, including Tibetan Bowl massage.
4. You’ll be receiving individual  Shamanic and Crystal Healing to help clear any blocked energies while balancing the Chakras.
5. As you lay grounded with crystals, you’ll love diving deeper with the vibration of the Sound bath (often used Koshi chimes or Gong).
6. We will conclude the session with individual powerful Reiki and 5D energy healing.
7. You will receive an individual aura cleanse with a 528 Hz tuning fork, which is used for DNA repair.
8. Finally, you will experience acoustic Binaural beats of 111 Hz which are created by combining the frequencies of the two forks. 111 Hz has been found in caves and ancient temples around the World. It creates a bright and uplifting feeling.

Do’s and don’t before attending a Cacao Ceremony

• Wear something comfortable.
• Eat light before the ceremony.
• If you are on antidepressants, please let me know since cacao and certain antidepressants do not mix and can have harmful side effects.
• Drink lots of water. Cacao is a diuretic and without proper hydration, headaches can occur.
• Avoid coffee at least 4 hours before the ceremony.
• You’ll also need to arrange a quiet, gentle evening after the event as symptoms of physical and emotional detoxification can arise unique to everyone.

Note: If you are on anti-depressants, mood stabilizers, using St. John’s Wort or any natural supplement containing 5HTP (check the label), it is not advisable to participate because the combination of raw cacao and such substances could be harmful.

Sound Healing Bournemouth Session

The Quantum Essential Sound Bath session generally lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours. The Quantum Cacao and Shamanic Sound Bath session generally lasts approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.

Cancellations

Any cancellations before 72 hours of the event are eligible for rescheduling to future dates but no refunds are available. Any cancellations after the 72-hour period prior to the event are not eligible for rescheduling or credit as we are unable to fill in the spot on short notice.
