Join us here at Omega Hub, in Hackney Wick, London, for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath session. You’ll experience the beauty of Gong and Tibetan Singing bowls. We will start our session with Pranayama to clear the mind followed by a gentle Yoga Asana practice to release any tension in the body, followed by a Sound Healing session combined with Crystal Healing. We will conclude the session with a group Reiki and 5D energy healing. If you don’t want to attend Yoga you can simply relax and do the rest of the sound bath and healing session. This is expected to be a 2 hours session but may vary by 15 minutes depending on group size. We’ve Yoga mats, blankets, etc. but feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing warm clothing.
