This a slow-paced class focusing on breath and movement working together. Gentle yet creating strength in the body through holding the postures in between the vinyasas. We will be trying different breathing techniques before the final relaxation.

Yogalates is a type of exercise inspired by Yoga and Pilates. The flexibility-enhanced benefits of yoga are combined with the toning-centered workout of Pilates in a relaxed, meditative workout suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. A Yogalates class may include popular yoga poses like the downward-facing dog, warrior, or Sun salutation poses.
