Find your focus and start your day right with movement and meditation. Easing into the body whilst building towards creating some heat, this flow class will leave you feeling prepared for the rest of your day. Suitable for all levels of fitness/flexibility/ability.

Unwind and relax with Flow Yoga and Pranayama.

This a slow-paced class focusing on breath and movement working together. Gentle yet creating strength in the body through holding the postures in between the vinyasas. We will be trying different breathing techniques before the final relaxation.

Treasure your ultimate stillness - connect deeper with Yin Yoga

Deep connection and stillness. In this class, we will work with slow movements and relax deep into the connective tissue of the body. Finding calm, balance, and deep rest whilst reconnecting to the self. Suitable for all levels of fitness/flexibility/ability and great for recovery.

Evening Mellow & Reset- Restorative Yoga

Re-learn total relaxation and bliss with Lena. Enjoy deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, you can achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Re-vitalise with Himalayan Hatha Yoga

It is a strong form of yoga working on the whole body and mind with special sequencing. It is based on the traditional principles of Hatha Yoga. The structure of the class is focused on asanas as well as breath, locks, and emphasises your inner focus. It subtly works across all systems while leaving you with a feeling of cleansing and revitalisation.
