Join us here at Omega Hub, in Hackney Wick, London, for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath session. You’ll experience the beauty of Gong and Tibetan Singing bowls. We will start our session with Pranayama to clear the mind, followed by a Sound Healing session with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gong. You’ll be receiving individual Shamanic Healing. We will conclude the session with a group Reiki and 5D energy healing. This is expected to be a 2 hours session but may vary by 15 minutes depending on group size. We’ve Yoga mats, blankets, etc. but feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing warm clothing.
How is the Shamanic Healing carried out?
The Shamanic Quantum Sound Bath includes smudging, hands-on healing, divination, crystal therapy, sound healing, journeying, energy extractions, balancing, etc.
There is a myriad of tools from Nature that are used – stones, rattles, pendulum, the chakapa, feathers, and even plant essences. The aim is to bring about deep healing of mind, spirit, and body as well as restoration of personal power.
