Quantum Essential Sound Bath – 7:00 – 9:00 pm

Join us here at Omega Hub, Brent Cross, North London, for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Sound Bath session. You’ll experience the beauty of Gong and Tibetan Singing bowls and high vibrational energies.

1. We will start our session with Pranayama to clear the mind
2. Followed by a Group and Individual Sound Healing session with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drums and Gong.
3. You’ll be receiving group Crystal Reiki Healing using a sacred Geometry Grid.
4. We will conclude the session with a brief individual 5D energy healing/Angelic Reiki Healing.
5. You will receive an individual aura cleanse with a 528 Hz tuning fork used for DNA repair.

This is expected to be a 1.5 -2 hours session but may vary by 30 minutes depending on group size. We’ve Yoga mats, blankets, etc. but feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing warm clothing.
