Join us here at Omega Hub, in Brent Cross, London, for a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Lunch Sound Bath session. You’ll experience the beauty of Gong and Tibetan Singing bowls. We will start our session with Pranayama to clear the mind, followed by a Group and Individual Sound Healing session with Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drums and Gong. You’ll be receiving group Crystal Reiki Healing using a sacred Geometry Grid. We will conclude the session with an individual Tuning Fork Healing where you will receive an aura cleanse with a 528 Hz tuning fork used for DNA repair.

This is expected to be a 1 -1.5 hours session depending on group size. We’ve Yoga mats, blankets, etc. but feel free to bring your own eye mask.

Cancellation policy: 

1. Standard Tickets: Cancellations before 72 hours of the event are eligible for rescheduling to future dates but no refunds are available. Cancellations after the 72-hour period prior to the event are not eligible for rescheduling or credit as we are unable to fill in the spot on short notice.
