How many of us go through life with unhelpful beliefs that hold us back? Sound can offer a powerful way to explore our resistance and transform them, taking it to a new and exciting level.

This session can offer a powerful way to question unhealthy beliefs and offers different instruments to express them beyond words. As a result, they can lose their power and a new potential way of being can be explored using sound. Can produce life-changing results and recognition on a deeper level.

Narrative soundscape is an interactive form of group sound therapy where each participant contributes to a co-created soundscape reflective practice to create a process by using all sorts of instruments like rattles, Tibetan singing bowls, rainsticks, koshi chimes and drum.

At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to relax to the sound of beautiful crystal bowls and you go home relaxed and refreshed.

We will be using koshi chime, rattles, drum, tibetan bowls, shakers, sansula, rain stick, thunder drum, dumbbell and crystal singing bowls and the end.

This is expected to be a 2 hours session but may vary by 30 minutes depending on group size. We’ve Yoga mats, blankets, etc. but feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing warm clothing.
