This two hour presentation will look into all the theory and proven science around the subject in an easy to digest and interactive format. Together we will take the time to notice our own energy changes in relation to the theories.
We will then look at Crystals as the model example of an alternative therapy and cover all you need to know to get started.

We aim for you to walk away with an understanding of your own energetic system that you can take home and apply to your future life choices.

Steph has been around crystals since around the age of three; she’s turned lifelong passion into practise and has since qualified as a Crystal Therapist Master Teacher with the UK expert. She has hand-sourced crystals from across the globe while speaking to the locals about their use, she studies into the theories and ideas around all aspects of frequency and does regular lectures at major festivals in Europe. She is also a qualified Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, is currently studying Sound Therapy and to be a Meditation Teacher.
