1. We begin the session with Breathwork to help us relax and prepare for the Cacao ceremony. We start by sitting in a sacred circle, honouring the cacao spirit and humbly asking for our intentions to be heard. We’ll open the space at this stage and start charging the Cacao with  Crystal Reiki & Angelic Reiki/5th-dimensional healing energy. 
2. As we serve the cacao in liquid form and drink it together we’ll be led into a guided energy journey by bringing our attention to Heart Chakra. As you’ll be sipping the magical cacao we may highlight certain astrological aspects around this time.
3. You’ll lay down and enjoy the sound of the Tibetan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, glass chimes and Ocean Drums, which will help you release and receive more healing as we prepare for the next layer of relaxation.
4. Shortly after this, the powerful Gong with a group Crystal Reiki using a sacred Geometry grid will help you dive deeper into the journey while we prepare to take you through another layer of healing. We’ll place the Reiki-charged Crystal from the grid on your body so that you can continue to work with it and integrate the healing received.
5. An intuitive individual Shamanic cleansing will be performed to remove any blockages followed by a powerful individual crystal, 5D energy healing, and a DNA repairing and aura cleansing Tuning fork healing. (You will receive an aura cleanse with a 528 Hz tuning fork, which is used for DNA repair. Finally, you will experience acoustic Binaural beats of 111 Hz which are created by combining the frequencies of the two forks together. 111 Hz has been found in caves and in ancient temples around the World. It creates a bright and uplifting feeling.)
6. A guided quantum energy exercise will be held for the group to help manifest our intentions, as we draw the session to an end.
7. We will share our experiences before closing the circle.

This is expected to be a 2.5-3 hours session but may vary by 30 minutes depending on group size. We’ve Yoga mats, blankets, etc. but feel free to bring your own. We recommend bringing warm clothing.

How is the Shamanic Healing carried out?

The Shamanic Quantum Sound Bath includes smudging, hands-on healing, divination, crystal therapy, sound healing, journeying, energy extractions, balancing, etc.

There is a myriad of tools from Nature that are used – stones, rattles, pendulum, the chakapa, feathers, and even plant essences. The aim is to bring about deep healing of mind, spirit, and body as well as restoration of personal power.
